We have two foundries under one roof with the capacity of 300 MT finished steel Castings per month
Sand Reclamation Plant
Our Unit is also having Reclamation plant for making our own recipe sand for better Surface finish.
Tool Room
Our Tool Room is having Mazak make VMC machine for manufacturing Customer DIE to reduce development time.
we have CAD/CAM licence versions softwares for our own design and programming purpose so we dont have to depend on outsource.
Machining Setup
We have 16 Nos Turning Machines (Make : ACE) and 2 Nos Automatic Gantry type Turning machine (Make :MAZAK)
We do Impeller Balancing with ABRO make Balance machine
We are having facilities of Key way also.

In House Tool Room: For Manufacturing Precision Die/ Mold as per Customer Drawing
Heat treatment: Can be done with Customer Specifications

Other Facilities: Vertical Broaching, Dynamic Balancing, Shot Blasting etc.
