We have two separated foundries for steel and Cast iron parts.
The plant is having area of around 5000 sq. meter.
Foundry 1: Steel
Equipped with Medium Frequency Induction Furnace of 375 kw with 3 crucible 150 kgs made by Inductotherm India.
Material
Austenitic Stainless Steel: CF8, CF8M, CF8C, CF3, CF3M Martensitic Stainless Steel: CA15 (410), CA40 (420) Special Alloys: As per Customer specification or International Standard Specifications like; ASTM, DIN, SAE&AISI. Weight range: 100 gm to 40 kg part can be developed.
Foundry 2: Cast Iron
Equipped with medium frequency Induction Furnace of 400 kw with 2 crucible 150 kgs and 1 crucible 300 kgs made by Inductotherm India.
Material
Ductile iron:Grades400-15,500-7,600-3 and 700-2 as per EN, ASTM, ISO and IS standards. Grey Iron: Grades 150, 200, 250,300 as per EN, ASTM, ISO and IS standards. Weight range : 300 gm to 70 kg parts can be developed.
